I am bringing this one out from the comments section of another post as it is a really appalling situation again that has occurred at another Apple store when a customer tried to return a bent iPhone 6. Read on below: Today, I had a very similar experience at the Apple Store in The Hague, well worse… My phone has a slight bent diagonally across starting from the volume buttons. The support guy from Apple Care that I phoned last week, told me to make an appointment at an Apple Store and leave a written product feedback at the Apple website.
