DefaultScalaModule causing ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException when object has a method returning a lambda · Issue #221 · FasterXML/jackson-module-scala

I can confirm that issue that the original poster provided is fixed as of 2.7.2, it is broken for 2.6.x however (and will probably remain that way). There are other outstanding issues related to Paranamer (reported in #229). @jvelliott you need to make sure that you're using Jackson 2.7.2 for all of your com.fasterxml.jackson.* dependencies (not just the scala module).

If there are any lingering related issues (though not related to the Paranamer issue) please open a new issue with instructions on how to reproduce.
