Hard reset: Samsung Galaxy Gear | T-Mobile Support



  1. Verify Galaxy Gear is turned off.
  2. Press and hold the Power key until you see the Galaxy Gear rebooting screen.

  1. Release the Power key, then continuously tap the Power key until you see the Reboot Select Mode screen.
  2. Tap the Power key to highlight Recovery.
  3. Long press (up to 6 seconds) to select it. The device will restart.
