如何正确服用卵磷脂产品?_卵磷脂_成分_保健食品_全营养

  依据世界卫生组织(WHO)和世界粮农组织(FAO)专家委员会的意见,对卵磷脂的每天摄取量没有特殊限制。但为了维持健康,预防衰老,以高浓缩胶囊制剂为标准,每天摄入1.5~3克为宜,患者的食用量还可再增加1~3倍。

  按照何志谦在《人类营养学》中的要求:10岁以下健康的少年儿童,以本人的年龄数作为标准。如7岁的儿童每天吃7克大豆磷脂即可,还有利于智商的提高;14岁以上的青少年及成年人,每天吃10克大豆磷脂,对于心脑血管病的预防有很好的作用;对于有明确高血脂、心脑血管病、糖尿病、脂肪肝、胆结石等病人,在冶疗期间,每日服用20~30克功效更好。

  目前市场出售的蛋黄卵磷脂一般为药品。服用蛋黄卵磷脂的片剂要达到药品说明书建议的用量。

  服用注意事项

  1.长期补充卵磷脂制剂的中老年人,应注意增加钙的补充,因为卵磷脂中含有磷,磷的量过多会影响钙的吸收,造成钙流失。

  2.卵磷脂与维生素E有协同和促进作用,后者可防止卵磷脂氧化,且促进卵磷脂的吸收利用。两者合用,相辅相成。

  3.尽管卵磷脂具有奇特的强身健脑功效,但它不可能实现全面的身体保健作用。只有均衡地摄取各种食物,才能有利于整个机体的健康。
