【JMedia】航美传媒CFO回应股权纠纷 称不惜一切代价私有化|界面新闻•JMedia

7月1日，我发表了《航美传媒：私有化套利的黑天鹅》，文章介绍了两起股权纠纷，都是与航美传媒出售的传统机场广告业务（以下称标的资产）相关的，而航美传媒（NASDAQ:AMCN）股价也因为这两起股权纠纷而大跌，如今其市价仅为它宣布的私有化要约价的50%，也就是说如果私有化最终按照现在的要约价达成的话，就有100%的盈利空间。我当时从管理层动力、公司的现金储备和美国资本市场对这类中概股的态度，推测这个私有化还是非常有可能继续做，这与那些因国内资本市场政策变化而不得不取消的私有化交易有很大的不同。
