I made some changes with regards to issue #10 , as I have encountered the same issue quite a few times.
The main changes lie in Tokenizer and CsvPreferences.
(a lot of files were modified because of my IDE replacing spaces, sorry for that)
Please note that I had a focus on reading purposes when making theses modifications.
An exception is thrown in DefaultCsvEncoder.encode if the delimiter has more than one character, preventing the use of such a delimiter when writing.
