DeLucie was a partner in five restaurants that raked in more than $40 million in revenue in 2014, but this past year has been a rough one. In early 2015, the chef’s Crown Group Hospitality had to cough up $575,000 to waiters who won a class-action suit after being stiffed on tips at the Lion.
