Sure, the paint gave the whole thing an extra soupçon of poetic revanchism, but really, the act of parking-slash-throwing shit in the bike lane is more or less business as usual for the city's Finest. Have a look-see: (Mark B./Google Maps) The current Google street view outside Harlem's 28th Precinct depicts a fun grab-bag of bike lane obstructions, but the prize surely must go to the heap of garbage dumped right there in the middle of it.
