Earlier this year an interviewer asked WhitePages CEO Alex Algard how he finds and keeps talent. "We're so small and every employee makes such a big impact because of that ratio of relatively few employees compared to a very large audience," he replied . "We just can't over invest in keeping our employees happy." Algard also discussed the importance of creating a fun and collaborative work environment. Last year WhitePages gave GeekWire a tour of its remodeled offices, complete with a kegerator and hydraulic desks. "I think our team is going to grow a lot over the next year," Algard said. That growth is already underway. WhitePages has several openings on GeekWork , GeekWire's jobs site, including an Enterprise Account Manager position. This manager will be responsible for providing customer service to a portfolio of large enterprise accounts.
