Is there a way to sell shares by date? : RobinHood

From what I noticed, when you sell shares on Robinhood, it will sell them in the order you acquired them. Correct me if I am wrong.

Ex. You buy 10 shares of Apple and then another 20 shares of Apple. Half a year later, you decide to sell 15 shares, it will sell the 10 original shares and then 5 of the 20 shares.

I am not too sure if this is a stock thing where no matter what trading platform you use, it will sell the shares in the order you acquired them, or if Robinhood just doesn't have this feature.

Is there a way to sell shares by date? Let's say you bought

  • 50 shares of a stock at $5.00 on 01/01/2016

  • 50 shares of the same stock at $4.00 on 08/20/2016

and today is 03/15/2017. The stock hasn't been doing well and it finally went back up to $4.00, so you decide to sell 50 shares. Instead of selling the first 50 shares, you want to sell the second 50 shares to avoid short term capital gain if the stock were to go above $5.00 and you sell it before you had them for a year.
