But I liked it enough that two years later when I was looking for an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)  system to implement at Twitter in early 2009, I selected it. It was much more robust than what Twitter had at the time and it overcame the issues employee had with the existing one. Not to mention it integrated with Twitter and all forms of communication platforms (facebook, email, etc) - the social networking integration was great.
