The Worst Developer Resume in the World As someone who has been recruiting in the software industry for nearly 20 years, I've read perhaps tens of thousands of résumés. Good and bad. My experience prompted me to launch a part-time résumé review and writing business ( Résumé Raiders if you must know), as I found that résumé services were both grossly overpriced and of poor quality. There is one résumé type that I get at least once a day, and it's unreadable.
