养成每日三问的好习惯

有什么用?

  • 帮助回顾每日工作,不断完善自己;
    每天与自己设定的目标对比,敦促自己持续进步;

  • 帮助建立信心
    积极与自己的潜意识沟通,发现自己的潜能;

  • 帮助找到目标
    知道哪里做的不够好,才会产生改进的动力

怎么做?

每天至少和自己沟通三个问题,问题设定后,在一个阶段周期内(一个月or3个月)就不要在改变;
每日3问的时间最好控制在5分钟,时间太长不容易持续;时间可以选择在早上或是晚上;
对于每日3问的答案,最好有文字记录,这样,可以定期回顾这些答案;发现自己的需求或问题,从而为下一步的改进制定更为合适的计划;

问些什么?

今天的计划完成的怎么样?
今天有哪些收获?
有什么经验可以总结下来,分享给大家?
我觉得这几件事处理的不错?
我觉得这几件事还可以处理的更好?
我觉得自己在这些方面可以做的更好?
今天做了哪些为自己人脉加分的事情?
今天微笑了么?
今天有没有控制好情绪?
今天虚度光阴了么?

我的每日三问

我这个阶段的每日三问为:
计划:今天的时间利用都高效么?计划完成的怎么样?
改进:今天的哪些任务可以做的更好,可以改进?有没有可以自动化的项?(将改进项写入计划软件中)
收获:今天收获了什么?(可以整理出知识点或是blog么?)
