Stock refreshers are formulaic based on target compensation for level and performance. So if you get meets all expectation you refreshers are = (1/4 target equity comp) * perf. Target equity comp is what new hires at your level get for equity over 4 years. Perf =1.0 for meets expectation, .75 for meets most and 1.25 for exceeds expectation.
