I don't know for sure, but I think it's unlikely that they are currently work on a new edition.

Last year (2013), Thomas Cormen released a new book, Algorithms Unlocked, so that's probably been keeping him busy, at least initially.

Cormen's website says, "we have been correcting errors in each printing of the second and third editions."  He makes no indication that they are working on a forth edition.

Finally, the average amount of time between releases of subsequent editions has been 9.5 years, and the third edition was released in 2009, so if there ever is a forth edition, it probably won't be released until around 2018.
