(Photo by Justin Sullivan/Getty Images) SAN FRANCISCO (CBS/AP) — Light rain is falling north of San Francisco in what forecasters say is the first sign of a series of storms expected to bring heavy rainfall and a lot of snow to drought-parched California this week. The storm moving in Sunday is expected to pick up strength and cover a larger area of Northern California, KPIX 5 Meteorologist Brian Hackney says. A second, stronger storm is forecast to arrive Monday night and Tuesday. That system will be packed with gusty winds and heavier rain.
