Lawyer for Michigan Uber Driver's Family Shares New Details on Alleged Shooting Spree - ABC News

By TARA FOWLER 0 Shares WATCH New Details About Uber Driver Accused in Kalamazoo Shooting 0 Shares The family of an Uber driver accused of going on a deadly shooting spree in Kalamazoo, Michigan, last weekend has expressed their sympathy to the victims, according to the family's attorney. Jason Dalton , 45, was arrested early Sunday morning after three separate shootings that killed six and injured two, including a 14-year-old girl who was critically wounded . Attorney Paul Vlachos told ABC News that what's important to the family is "remembering the people who were hurt." Vlachos also revealed new details about Dalton's behavior in the days leading up to the shooting rampage, saying he was told by Dalton's wife, Carol, "he's been acting differently in the last couple of days and his wife asked him and he said he was tired."
