For web applications: Primarily Ruby, specifically with Rails. There are still some Java web projects, but they're few and far between. Obviously, JavaScript plays a big role, too. Both in the browser and there's some Node JS stuff going on, too.
For mobile we work on the iOS, Android and WebOS platforms.
The interesting stuff is really about how we test. For Ruby, in most cases we're using RSpec. Most teams do some kind of integration testings, where it's with Cucumber or Steak or just plain RSpec with capybara or webrat.
