成为技术领导者

无论是技术，还是管理，一旦隔得久没碰，肯定会生疏，所以最宝贵的是什么东西？我认为是学习方法，所谓经验，其实更多的是沉淀下来的一些方法。


比如，好久没有做一对一了，已经记不起来做好一对一的感觉是什么样子，但是我之前得出的那些方法论，只要自己再琢磨一下，就可以再次让思路活跃起来，还是会有效。
