10亿日活跃用户的背后,Facebook的大牛们都做了什么?(上) | 雷锋网

在上个月的24号,Facebook首次在一天内达到10亿人同时在线,让我不由得感叹这一年来Facebook在 user growth 的表现着实不错。

十亿人在线是什么概念?我们来看看同样做得很优秀的国内社交霸主 QQ。 QQ现在是 2.25亿人实时在线:I'M QQ - QQ官方网站 。推算QQ当天在线的人数可能有3-5亿左右, 所以Facebook暂时两到三倍于 QQ 的规模。

不过考虑到 QQ 是实时在线,而Facebook只是当天登录上线一次,QQ表现也的确非常牛逼。当然话又说回来,Facebook的用户遍及全地各地不同时区,实时在线并不是一个可行的指标,而 Facebook 产品的属性比起一个实际聊天工具来说,天生就在打开频次和在线时长两个方面不及QQ,能打开这个规模已经是奇迹。唉,不好意思又��嗦了。很多人根本没有全面思考,就开始在评论里反驳。

既然说到 Facebook 持续稳定的用户增长,就不得不提及其背后神秘的 Growth 团队。之前对于Facebook growth有过各种琐碎的文章和报道,但是却一直缺乏系统级和内幕级的介绍。"Growth Hack" 一词最近三年开始在硅谷和国内盛行,但是更多的则是从说理论讲道理的角度出发,而缺乏细腻和实战性地介绍。

今天,我来为大家解开Facebook Growth的神秘面纱 。
