【新提醒】公司建议毁offer?【一亩三分地论坛找工求职版】 - Powered by Discuz!

眼光要长远一点来看，不能只盯着现在的实习，实习是暂时的，以后你想在哪发展，这俩个哪个工作内容你更感兴趣，哪个会更容易后面extend或者拿return offer，待遇名头都不是最重要的你现在。我自己的例子，研究生暑假手上3个offer，一家是在LA Thousand Oaks的全球最大的biotech公司，一家在San Diego地区的全球最大的实验设备公司，一家是在Irvine的某雪游戏公司，第一家给的钱多，福利也都超好但有点远，第二家离我最近我在SD，当时考虑的会比较好extend internship然后转正，第三家我不怎么打魔兽而且地方也不在SD尽管不远。最后纠结完选了第二家，暑假实习完了，直接秋季继续CPT full time internship，然后毕业直接转正full time，待遇也不差。很满意当初的选择。希望我的经历对楼主有帮助。Good luck
