有多少人开始写公众号了？又有多少人坚持下来了？

年初是一个立 Flag 的好日子，多少人看到自媒体的红利，立的新年 Flag 是运营好一个公众号。能坚持写到现在的人，应该还能坚持写很久，可大多数还是坚持了一段时间就放弃了。

写作很辛苦吗？写作其实是一种对思维的刻意练习，本质上它是一种对思维的磨砺方式，在自我锻炼的前期，它确实很辛苦，需要坚持做一些刻意的训练，来养成写作的习惯。
