Youtube sadly doesn't provide us with any list of the most watched videos of all time any more. As you also noted, they did in the past, but the feature was removed a couple of years ago.

There is a playlist, however, created by a Youtube user called "MyTop100Videos", and this playlist is updated every 5 months with the most watched videos across all of Youtube.

Since the playlist is only updated every 5 months, however, Wikipedia also has a page for the most watched Youtube videos. The page is kept updated very frequently, but in return only consists of the top 30 most watched videos. So if you're looking to go beyond that, you should stick with the Youtube playlist instead.
