Every time I start iTerm it says: "iterm.app" would like to control this computer using accessibility features. (#3316) · Issues · George Nachman / iterm2 · GitLab

  • There are a few reasons it would need accessibility:

    1. You have remapped a modifier in Prefs > Keys
    2. You have a hotkey window that is triggered by the double-tap of a modifier in Prefs > Profiles > Keys > Configure Hotkey Window
