下一步怎么发展? » sdjl的想法

今天吃饭时讨论到了下一步发展的问题, 有这么几个想法:

1 继续接一些外包, 根据我们已经做过的项目经验, 积累了不少代码, 如果下一步在接外包的话做起来就会相对容易得多, 毕竟代码都可以重用, 应该可以减轻不少工作量.
比较理想的情况是直接一些相对比较小的项目, 价格最好在4到8w之间, 能在设计确定的情况下两个星期就上线, 这样我们即不会因为花太多的时间去做外包, 又能养活自己.

2 如果有较大的外包, 或者不能重用我们自己的代码的, 但项目又不错的, 可以介绍给身边的朋友做, 一来可以解决客户的需求, 和客户保持合作关系, 二来可以多接触一些开发人员, 为以后发展做准备.

3 可以把设计的活分出来给别人做, 让别人去和客户初步完成产品的大多数原型, 或者让客户自己完成设计, 然后我们专注开发, 当然前提是要能高效的利用现在手里的代码.

4 只接静态页面的前端开发, 依然是把设计工作分离出去不做, 我们先初步完善zml和zarkfx, 然后用zml和zarkfx来照着设计图高效的开发前端页面, 并培训一些设计师使用我们开发的工具, 逐渐让自己把工作重心放到产品上去.
