1. 你去找自己喜欢的职位，然后在网上提交申请
2. 给内推人发邮件说自己申请了哪些职位
3. 内推人根据你申请的职位，给相关的team manager说明情况
4. 那些team manager根据你的背景决定是否与你联系或者给你面试
