Clinton has concrete policies and ideas on how to implement factual problems she supports with statistics. Trump is often blatantly wrong about facts and his policies (let's torture people again and ban Muslims!) are misguided at best or unconstitutional at worst. PolitiFact awarded him 2015 Lie of the Year, and according to their website, 70 percent of his statements are Mostly False, False, or Pants on Fire (outright lies).
Clinton has incorporated Bernie's ideas, let him speak, and acknowledged how his movement strengthened our party. She is supported by the vast majority of Democratic leadership, including all former presidents. Trump has name-called the other Republican front-runners, and continues to be begrudgingly endorsed, if at all, and roundly criticized by his party.
Clinton has real foreign policy experience. Trump has praised dictators in Saudi Arabia, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, North Korea, and Egypt; criticizes our allies; threatens NATO; and wants Mexico to pay for a wall. There is real concern that the intelligence community would view it as a risk to brief him. Former acting CIA director, Michael Morell, painted Trump as a dangerous national security threat and an unwitting agent to Putin.
